The Warner Company was founded by Joseph Warner. In the products of this company, there are often floral motifs and insects, made of metal in gold or lacquered metal. Jewelry was made from high quality materials and stones, and was the epitome of the craftsmanship of jewelers.
The company’s products are distinguished by skillfully selected combinations of colors and high-quality fittings. Particularly striking are brooches – mechanical flowers that open when a special lever is pressed, provided for by the design of the product.
One of them is a stunningly beautiful mechanical flower brooch called “Day and Night” (1960, 5.5 cm in diameter). The flower opens and closes with the movement of the right leaf.
Two types of hallmarks were used on the products: Joseph Warner or simply Warner.
