Vintage jewelry Lilien, Czech Republic – 1970s – present
The history of Czech jewelry Lilien begins its heyday in the fifteenth century, when in Northern Bohemia they began to copy the work of Venetian glassblowers. Since then, Czech craftsmen have been able to give their products a special character and charm. Despite the long history, a large proportion of manual labor is still involved in the production of Czech costume jewelry. The main production center is located in Jablonec nad Nisou.
LILIEN is a brand with a deep history, the owners of the brand are Joseph Pechek and David Pergler. For the Czech Republic, these decorations mean as much as Butler & Wilson for Britain. The brand has existed for over 40 years, there are completely unique vintage pieces! All products are absolute manual labor, if you take a closer look at the reverse side, you can see the soldering of the copper-containing alloy of the base – so pebble to pebble, costume brooches, bracelets, necklaces and earrings are created with painstaking work. It’s also nice that each product in a specific shape and color content is created in the amount of 1-5 pieces!
