Studied the history and development of jewelry of different cultures and trends. He put quality as the basis of his work, even at first glance, such trifles that can only be seen with a strong magnification under a microscope.
In his work, he used the latest technologies, materials, modern approaches to work, skillfully combining them with a classic look at jewelry that has been worked out for centuries.
Brooch “Drop of discord”Large brooch, made of titanium, with a gold lock of the 750th test. The size of the brooch is 150 x 110 mm, it is multi-layered, with a large number of individual elements that are assembled into a single composition. In the manufacture of the brooch, five types of stone settings were used, including “fisht” and “micropave”. In total, there are 7469 stones of 118.94 ct in the decoration – these are diamonds, rubies, sapphires, multicolor sapphires, spinels, tsavorites, tanzanites, heliodors. The color of the titanium from which the brooch is made is called “the surface of Mars under the rays of the Sun.” Artist Tsetsen Erdniev (Joko Korsha).
The vast majority of things are made by hand, in a single copy.
Andrei Mikhailov is a master jeweler of the highest level, who was the first in Russia to pay attention to titanium and began to work with it. Andrei did not just cut patterns on a plane, but created them in three-dimensional space, using different types of bartacks, including micropave.

Mikhailov is a prize-winner of the competition of the Gokhran of Russia in the nomination “Jewelry made from non-traditional materials”.
He was preparing to open an author’s school of jewelry art on the basis of a professional educational institution that invited its former graduate to a prestigious collaboration for both sides.
