A designer of the highest level, whose works are rare and collectible. All that is written about Pauline herself is that she grew up in a family of jewelers and was passionate about the family business since childhood. It is also known about her personal life that the designer was married and gave birth to three children in a happy marriage.
She opened her brand in 1962 and began to make fantastic jewelry in a variety of styles. She loved lions, tigers, insects and turtles, which did not stop her from creating classic jewelry.
Since in her youth, Madame Ryder specialized in the art of Ancient Greece and Rome, many of her jewelry are made in the Estruscan style or in the style of antique jewelry:
In 1982, the brand ceased to exist.
However, in 2009, the heirs (the eldest grandson) released a limited series of Pauline Rader pieces, made using old cliches – but without markings, at the numerous requests of fans of her jewelry.
It must be said that the “heirs’ series” is valued by collectors no less than lifetime creations.
