José Manuel Rosas, once worked for his father’s jewelry company Rosas de Portugal. Lda, which was founded back in 1890. To realize his innovative ideas and create his own recognizable style, José Manuel Rosas created his own brand Rosior in 1978. Jose develops the design of jewelry, putting his vision of images into it, and the master jewelers implement his ideas, putting all their skill in them. All the beauty of the Iberian Peninsula is revealed in the jewelry of this jewelry brand, with bright and rich colors.
In addition to the images of wildlife, geometric shapes are actively used in Rosior jewelry; bright colored blocks of precious stones set an active tone. Broken lines and rich colors give the jewelry a cheerful and frivolous character.
A bow-shaped bracelet with blue Ceylon sapphires and diamonds set in white gold makes a special impression. Its construction is surprisingly accurate in conveying the softness of the fabric that gently hugs the wrist, while the white diamond pattern enhances this effect.
Another of the brand’s most striking pieces is the Egyptian-style cuff bracelet.
The central element is a three-dimensional image repeating the golden burial mask of Tutankhamun, the pharaoh of Ancient Egypt. Images of ancient gods with animal heads and mystical symbols add mystery to the decoration.
The designer boldly experiments, in the jewelry of this brand we see a variety of shapes and colors, in each piece there is a bright individuality.
Jewelry from the Rosior brand, reminiscent of the creations of artists, is dominated by pavé from precious stones, with the help of bright colors of which the designer creates miniature paintings. These decorations have their own charm, they tell about the beauty of the nature of their native places, the warmth of the summer sun, the beauty of the sea and the playful nature of marine life. They feel the desire to reveal the essence of objects, and capture the state of the surrounding world.
