The GRAU brand was founded in 1947 in the Spanish town of Lloret de Mar. Now the family business has passed from parents to children and the brand is owned by Gemma and Ricardo Grau.
The brother and sister are engaged in the sale of watches and jewelry of famous brands, and also produce their own collection of jewelry. GRAU operates three boutiques located in Sabadell, Blanes and Lloret de Mar.
All of the brand’s pieces are elegant and reflect the passion that jewelers put into their work. Jemma and Ricardo’s favorite stone is a diamond. But as for metal, the opinions of brother and sister are divided. Gemma prefers white gold, while Ricardo prefers platinum.
Gemma claims that inspiration can come while walking through the market or along the beach, and sometimes it happens spontaneously in an instant when there is a rethinking of a situation. For example, she was once fascinated by the green hues of the Indonesian rainforest and as a result created a necklace of various emerald pendants.
