Avvakumov also has representatives of the fauna, but, unlike plants, the animals in the author’s works are not realistic, but fabulous. Even the predators are depicted not in pretentious anger, but with good humor. An octopus with an Octopus bead, a Polar Owl thimble. Little Dragon figurine, a Lizard buckle, a Cat ring – they all seem to come to life as illustrations of children’s books.
The master’s favorite materials are silver and brass. It is extremely rare in the works of Andrey Avvakumov to find inserts made of semi-precious stones; the master usually decorates rings with them.
