The history of this jewelry house began back in 1780. The Parisian jeweler Marie-Etienne Nito is considered its founder. He was the most demanded jeweler in all of Europe, he created jewelry for the imperial family, his clients were the most high-ranking persons. He created beautiful tiaras that adorned both Josephine de Beauharnais, the wife of Napoleon Bonaparte, and Irina Yusupova, the niece of the last Russian emperor. Paris has always been a focal point and trendsetter, and Chaumet jewelers have also been daring innovators. Collection dedicated to architecture

The collection of jewelry presented this summer is dedicated to architecture. The Chaumet Haute Joaillerie Perspectives collection consists of six sets inspired by major trends in international architecture.

In the jewelry of the Mirage series, which combines the classic color scheme of blue sapphire and white diamond, layering is the main accent. In the foreground, designers put diamond weaves, which cover the mysterious blue of sapphires. The multi-layered design of the jewelry and the combination that takes the deep blue into the background gives it a mystery. One of the highlights in this series is the transformer tiara, which is made up of two overlapping pieces that can be worn separately or assembled. The tiara has a very unusual pattern – sapphires echo the hard and asymmetrical lines of diamonds

The “Skyline” series is presented with vibrant graphics dedicated to modern metropolitan areas made of glass and concrete. The broken lines of the “Skyline” necklace in yellow gold remind us of the crooked reflection in the glass of skyscrapers; a striking element of this decoration is the Colombian emerald weighing 16.06 carats. The design of the “Skyline” ring is like a city map, where streets run from the main square, marked with a gem.

Jewelry “Labyrinthe” – bright contrasts of black onyx and pink tourmalines, right angles and circles. This series is a search for abstract beauty such as Russian constructivism or Italian futurism. The labyrinth swirls in an intricate pattern of white gold and black onyx, green and pink tourmalines, indigolite and diamonds, leading to its heart – a mesmerizing rubellite.

Lacis

In the jewelry of the Lacis series, the leading element is an openwork network, the intersecting lines of which are decorated with round-cut diamonds. These weaves are similar to Arab mashrabiyas, fencing off the inner world of the house, but at the same time allowing you to admire the outside world. Tiara “Lacis”, made of white gold and decorated in the center with an oval diamond weighing 5.02 carats and a pear-shaped diamond weighing 2.21 carats. The thinnest white gold strings become invisible at a certain angle, creating the effect of stones floating in the air.
